END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

TAG SAMURAI

 

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and PT Qtera Mandiri, operating under the name Tag Samurai (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Tag Samurai mobile application (“Application”), including any updates, features, and related services (collectively, the “Application”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your internal personal or business purposes.

This license does not grant you any rights to the source code or ownership of the Application.

  1. Scope of Use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Scanning and processing data using available features
  • Managing and storing data within the Application
  • Uploading, accessing, and managing images or files
  • Integrating with supported external devices where applicable

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Account Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to log in using your account (e.g., email and password).

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You will not share your account with unauthorized parties
  • You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  1. Restrictions

You agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application
  • Circumvent or disable any security or technical features
  • Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes rights of others
  1. User Data and Permissions

In order to provide its services, the Application may request access to:

  • Camera (for scanning functionality)
  • Location data (for operational or service-related purposes)
  • Storage or gallery (for uploading and managing files or images)

The Application may also involve integration with external devices, including installation of drivers or supporting systems required for scanning functionality.

All personal data and information collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Tag Samurai.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to the User.

  1. Third-Party Components

The Application may include or interact with third-party software, services, or hardware. The use of such third-party components may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

The Company shall not be responsible for any third-party services.

  1. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you will cease
  • You must stop using the Application immediately
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Application will meet your expectations or requirements
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tag Samurai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

  1. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application or this Agreement at any time. The Application may automatically download and install updates to improve the service.

Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you access the Application from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
