For Mobile Application:

  • Camera: Used to scan barcodes or QR codes for asset identification. Images are not stored. Camera permission for the Mobile Scan feature
  • Location: GPS access to record asset positions during scanning.

For Web/Desktop Platform:

  • External Scanner Devices: Permission to communicate with/install external scan device drivers to support additional hardware. operations.

Files & Media:

  • Access to File Manager to upload asset photos for documentation.

2. Data Use & Security

Data is used solely for asset management functionality and system synchronization. We use standard encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is only used for the purposes described in this policy.
